Vacation rentals in Spain

Visiting Spain during the summer is a refreshing and relaxing way to recharge your batteries, and running. Today, people prefer not to book hotels or hostels, preferring to rent an apartment, self-service or a villa. Apartments and villas in Spain are than fully no longer just a luxurious stay for the rich and wealthy, but are available to all, even for those traveling on a budget (which obviously depends on your demands).

Some luxury villas in Spain can be very expensive to rent, because they may contain luxury items that include a swimming pool, tennis, Jacuzzi, mini-spa, sauna, steam room, mini bar or even be located on a ranch golf. The villas vary in prices and rentals are usually fully equipped and serviced in-house. All facilities are taken into account, therefore you would normally expect nothing less than the five-star treatment that you would expect in a hotel.

The big difference is that you are still entitled to some measure of independence and are not bound by a curfew, as you normally would in a hotel. Budget villas in Spain are very different from those of luxury and is often not in cleaning or catering services. These villas self-service are smaller and may not have a pool, or that many are located near a beach. The downside of renting a villa is that very often they do not provide Internet access to some lack of access to the phone as well.

Properties in Spain are much more affordable than houses because they are smaller and very often do not have services included in the package price. The idea is that you feel like you live in Spain rather than taking a short vacation trip. They come with your own set of keys so you can enter and leave your apartment you want. You are also normally provided with cutlery, crockery, furniture, equipment, personal and sometimes a TV.

Almost all villas in Spain include a TV, whether the house is shared or privately rented. A typical villa for rent can cost between 100 and 150 euros per night, if it is standard economics. That seems steep prices, but factors such as location and facilities to contribute to the overall pricing. For a better deal in the lease, it is always better to rent on a monthly basis rather than on a weekly basis, which normally costs about 1000 Euros.

Apartments can vary from 50 to 300 Euros per week, which is an important difference between the two properties. You should be aware that the two buildings are very different and most apartments are located in the main downtown area. Villas are usually located near the mountain with stunning panoramic views, but are not usually near the local amenities and shops. In this case you will need to arrange your own transportation, either by hiring a rental car or find the nearest public transport.

A cheaper way of rental villas in Spain is to be deposited in a family or owner of the property, that way you are able to live in a large reception area with service, but you will lack the exclusivity. The apartments are generally good for a short or long term. The villas are a better value for longer stays, so it's a good idea to calculate how much you can actually pay and what you're looking to spend on accommodation only.
